#1 – The CIA Wants More Power to Spy on Americans!

By Judge Andrew P. Napolitano | Creators

Americans need to be aware of the unbridled propensity of federal intelligence agencies to spy on all of us without search warrants as required by the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

These agencies believe that the Fourth Amendment — which protects the individual right to privacy — only regulates law enforcement and does not apply to domestic spying.

There is no basis in the constitutional text, history or judicial interpretations for such a limiting and toothless view of this constitutional guarantee. The courts have held that the Fourth Amendment restrains government — all government. Last week, the CIA asked Congress to expand its current spying in the United States. Read full article >

#2 – EPA Setting Standards to Ban Certain “Forever Chemicals” in Drinking Water

On April 19, 2024, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will take another step in its efforts to protect people from the health risks posed by exposure to “forever chemicals” in communities across the country. Exposure to per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) has been linked to cancers, impacts to the liver and heart, and immune and developmental damage to infants and children. This final rule will designate two widely used PFAS chemicals, perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS), as hazardous substances under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), also known as Superfund, and will help ensure that polluters pay to clean up their contamination. #3 – The WHO Accord: Global Governance is a Real Threat to American Sovereignty

By Wendi Strauch Mahoney | UncoverDC

The COVID-19 mandates and resulting lockdowns taught us that, given the chance, governments worldwide will seek to control citizens if a pandemic emergency is declared. The World Health Organization (WHO) closed its negotiations on May 27 with the production of an accord consisting of two treaties that could meaningfully impinge on our sovereignty as Americans. The proposed WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty threatens to give unprecedented power in real or maybe even perceived “public health emergencies of international concern.”

Arguably, there is ample evidence to prove that calls for a pandemic response were primarily political and never necessary. That really is the point. In other words, should Americans be held hostage to policies that are mainly political and may have little to dowith safety and national security? Read full article >

#4 – Jamie Dimon Warns World Faces “Risks That Eclipse Anything Since World War II”

By Tyler Durden | Zero Hedge

Jamie Dimon

Perhaps the world’s most influential banker – JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon – warned the world in his annual letter to shareholders that while he expects US economic resilience (and higher inflation and interest rates), and is optimistic about transformational opportunities from AI, he worries geopolitical events including the war in Ukraine and the Israel-Hamas war, as well as U.S. political polarization, might be creating an environment that “may very well be creating risks that could eclipse anything since World War II.” Read full article >

#1 – Secretive Experiment To Shoot Aerosols Into The Sky Over San Francisco To Increase Cloud Cover

By Paul Joseph Watson | Modernity News

A secretive project conducted from the deck of an aircraft carrier in the San Francisco Bay will shoot trillions of aerosol particles into the sky to increase cloud cover in the name of preventing global warming, and details have been held back to “avoid (a) public backlash.”

The experiment is being dubbed America’s “first outdoor test to limit global warming.”

“The Coastal Atmospheric Aerosol Research and Engagement, or CAARE, project is using specially built sprayers to shoot trillions of sea salt particles into the sky in an effort to increase the density — and reflective capacity — of marine clouds,”reports Scientific American…

#2 – Use Of Unreliable PCR Tests Causes Culling Of Poultry

By Mac Salvo | SHTFPLan.com

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has been “depopulating” poultry farms “out of an abundance of caution.” Whenever one single bird gets a PCR test result of positive for avian influenza, the ruling class culls the entire flock of birds. These government-enforced depopulation schemes target millions of egg-laying hens, decimating large flocks of harmless animals and threatening the already weak food supply.

The Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development recently reported that a few birds tested positive for avian influenza at a major Michigan poultry facility, according to a report by Natural News. The birds at this facility were put under quarantine and scheduled to be killed, en masse. Read full article >

#5 – Study Links Parents’ Exposure to Toxic Chemicals to Increased Risk of Autism, ADHD in Kids

By Beyond Pesticides

Exposure to chemical toxicants, molds, and algae contributes to autism and attention disorders in children, according to research that bolsters earlier findings. The exposures may be most relevant, not in the children, but one generation back—in the parents. The study, “Assessing Chemical Intolerance in Parents Predicts the Risk of Autism and ADHD in Their Children,” was published in the March issue of the Journal of Xenobiotics.

Led by Claudia S. Miller, MD, an immunologist at the University of Texas at San Antonio noted for her work on chemical intolerance (CI), the authors build on previous work published in 2015 establishing parental CI as a risk factor for autism and ADHD. Dr. Miller participated in Beyond Pesticides’ 2022 Forum Series. Recordings of her presentation are available on YouTube here and here. Read full article >
