#1 – Half of US Governors Side With Texas in Border Dispute With Biden, Say Prez is Leaving Country ‘Vulnerable’ to Illegal Immigration

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott received the support Thursday of all but one of the nation’s Republican state governors in his feud with the Biden administration over border security.
GOP governors from 25 states signed onto a joint statement in support of Abbott and the Lone Star State’s “constitutional right to self-defense” days after the US Supreme Court ruled that the Biden administration could remove razor wire installed by Texas along a 30-mile stretch of land near the US-Mexico border in Eagle Pass. #2 – Canada: What happened to the Freedom Convoy protestors who were arrested?

On Tuesday, The Federal Court of Canada decided in favour of the Freedom Convoy protestors. The court ruled that the decision to use the War Measures (Emergencies) Act to respond to the Freedom Convoy was unreasonable and excessive and that the invocation of the Emergencies Act violated sections of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Lawyers from across Canada rejoiced on hearing the news that the Emergencies Act was deemed unconstitutional by the Federal Court of Canada, True North reported.

#3 – Email Reveals Why CDC Didn’t Issue Alert on COVID Vaccines and Myocarditis

The nation’s top public health agency did not send an alert on COVID-19 vaccines and heart inflammation because officials were concerned they would cause panic, according to an email obtained by The Epoch Times.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in 2021 drafted an alert for heart inflammation, or myocarditis, and the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. Officials prepared to release it to the public, taking steps including having the agency’s director review the language, internal documents show.
The alert would have been sent through the CDC’s Health Alert System (HAN) network, which goes to state and local officials, as well as doctors, across the country. Read Full Article >
