WHO Partners with T-Systems to Roll Out Global Digital COVID Passports
(by Ashley Sadler | LifeSite News) – German telecommunications company T-Systems this week announced it’s teaming up with the World Health Organization (WHO) to create global digital COVID-19 vaccine passports, a concept once derided as a conspiracy theory.
Deutsche Telekom (whose international mobile communications subsidiaries go by the brand name T-Mobile) announced the partnership in a February 23 press release.
According to the corporation, the WHO is “setting up a gateway” enabling all 194 WHO member states, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, to create “electronic vaccination certificates” with QR codes that can “be checked across national borders.”
