#1 – Islamic State Terror Attack against Moscow. Who is Behind ISIL-ISIS-Daesh?
By Peter Koenig and Michel Chossoduvsky | Substack
Automatic gun-shooting by five men in black took place Friday evening 22 March in the Crocus City Concert Hall, attached to a shopping mall, at the outskirts of Moscow. The terror attack preceded a concert. The hall was therefore crowded with people, panicking for leaving it. The assault was followed by a massive explosion.
The official fatality as of 23 March stands at 133. Dozens of people were injured.
However, the political end of this attack is more complex.
On March 7, 2024, the US Embassy in Russia warned Moscow that a terror attack may take place in Moscow within the next few weeks. No further details.
Is it one of the now fashionable “predictive planning” stunts?
On the same day, the same US Embassy in Moscow warned US citizens in Moscow not to visit shopping malls. How much did the US know?Read full article >
#2 – Israel ‘Admits It May Not Be Able to Destroy Hamas,’ Blames America
by Chris Menahan | Information Liberation
Israel is now admitting they “may not be able to destroy Hamas” and they’re trying to pin the blame on America. This is the thanks we get for sending them billions of taxpayer dollars and endless weapons for seven decades!
From The Telegraph, “Israel admits it may not be able to destroy Hamas now US has turned its back”:
Israel may not be able to destroy Hamas despite five months of intense fighting in Gaza, intelligence officials have admitted. The main objective of the Gaza invasion faces failure as international support turns against Israel, sources warned…
#3 – US House Funding Bill Passes After Anti-Censorship, Anti-CBDC Measures Are Removed
By Didi Rankovich | Reclaim The Net
A $1.2 trillion spending bill just rushed through the House of Representatives in the US has enabled allocation of funding to what would have been prohibited recipients/policies.
This includes earmarking money in support of censorship efforts, a US CBDC (central bank digital currency), and vaccine mandates, among other things.
In a series of posts on X, Representative Andrew Clyde singled out examples from the 1,000+ page document, which was published early on Thursday giving members of the House less than 24 hours to decide on how to vote.
Clyde was one of the Republicans who held no punches in slamming the bill as a result of backroom deals, saying that what he referred to as “the Swamp” (i.e., Washington) is about to bankroll some “catastrophic policies” with huge amounts of money.
The Department of State’s controversial Global Engagement Center (GEC) is one of those that benefit from the bill, as is to get funds to supposedly target only foreign countries and non-state actors engaged in “propaganda and misinformation.” Read full article >
#4 – The Baltimore Bridge Collapse Is Going To Have An Enormous Impact On U.S. Supply Chains
By Michael Snyder | The Economic Collapse Blog
When I awoke early on Tuesday morning, I was stunned to learn that the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore had collapsed. We are being told that it was a tragic “accident” and that there is no evidence that any foul play was involved. Hopefully that is true. But no matter how it was caused, this tragedy is going to have an enormous impact on U.S. supply chains. And of course this comes at a really bad time, because Houthi missile strikes in the Red Sea and low water levels in the Panama Canal have been putting a tremendous amount of strain on global supply chains recently.
According to Bloomberg, it appears that the Port of Baltimore will be “out of commission indefinitely”…
The Port of Baltimore — the biggest handler of US imports and exports of cars and light trucks — looks to be out of commission indefinitely. The resulting bottleneck could accelerate a shift of goods through West Coast ports. Another crucial question: Which other ports have spare capacity to handle the Ro-Ro vessels that carry automobiles if Baltimore is closed for an extended period.
This is a really big deal, because over 750,000 vehicles came through that port last year alone… Read full article >
#5 – RFK Jr Picks Soros Advocate Nicole Shanahan as His VP Running Mate
By Sundance | The Conservative Treehouse
In an apparent move to stir up greater support from the hardline leftists in the progressive movement, RFK Jr has announced 38-year-old Nicole Shanahan as his Vice-Presidential running mate.
The move appears to be an effort to appeal to the Bernie Sanders, ecology-centric, radical leftist, earth-saving environmentalist wing of the Democrat base voter. Positioning the ticket to carve out a younger voting bloc and stir interest amid the Sanders/AOC crowd.
Shanahan had previously donated $4 million to the SuperPAC supporting Robert Kennedy Jr and given thousands of dollars to the Soros funded progressives in politics and activism circles. Shanahan was previously married to Google co-founder Sergey Brin, one of the wealthiest men in the world; the financial windfall from their divorce funded her ability to contribute heavily to far-left causes. #1 – Google is Ordered to Identify Who Watched Certain YouTube Videos
by Didi Rankovich | Reclaim The Net
US federal law enforcement and courts have gone a step further in the extreme efforts they are making to surveil people’s activities online, including on Google’s vast platforms.
The latest is that the tech giant gets orders to identify all people who happen to be watching certain videos or livestreams on YouTube.
After directly censoring creators and channels, giving geolocation data of its users to the authorities in response to the controversial geofencing warrants, this is a new example of how Google can be used and abused in dragnet-style “investigations.” Read full article >
#2 – SWIFT Planning Launch of New Central Bank Digital Currency Platform in 12-24 Months
Gulf News
Global bank messaging network SWIFT is planning a new platform in the next one to two years to connect the wave of central bank digital currencies now in development to the existing finance system, it has told Reuters.
The move, which would be one of the most significant yet for the nascent CBDC ecosystem given SWIFT’s key role in global banking, is likely to be fine-tuned to when the first major ones are launched. Read full article >
#3 – Biden Orders Every US Agency to Appoint a Chief AI Officer
by Ashley Belanger | Ars Technica
The White House has announced the “first government-wide policy to mitigate risks of artificial intelligence (AI) and harness its benefits.” To coordinate these efforts, every federal agency must appoint a chief AI officer with “significant expertise in AI.”
Some agencies have already appointed chief AI officers, but any agency that has not must appoint a senior official over the next 60 days. If an official already appointed as a chief AI officer does not have the necessary authority to coordinate AI use in the agency, they must be granted additional authority or else a new chief AI officer must be named. #4 – FDA to Delete Anti-Ivermectin Posts in Lawsuit Settlement
by Michael Tennant | The New American
Three years after launching a crusade against ivermectin as a treatment for Covid-19 — and nearly two years after doctors sued to stop it — the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) agreed to remove online content disparaging the drug as intended only for livestock.
On Thursday, the FDA reached a settlement in a lawsuit brought in June 2022 by physicians Mary Talley Bowden, Paul Marik, and Robert Apter alleging that the agency had overstepped its authority by advising patients not to use a particular treatment. Read full article >
