The Second Wave and The Great Reset

Are you ready for The Great Reset?

Recently, a very disturbing email was leaked from a whistleblowing committee member within the Liberal Party of Canada. Perhaps this is just a hoax, but what if it isn’t? Although there is currently no way of verifying the claims being made, I believe it’s pertinent to examine them in light of recent developments.

The unidentified whistleblower has warned of the following:

• Canada would face new rounds of severe lockdowns with full travel restrictions imposed
• COVID-19 infections would rise with the virus mutating and/or the introduction of a secondary virus (referred to as COVID-21), leading to a third wave with much higher infection and mortality rates
• New isolation facilities would be built or purchased
• Hospitalizations and deaths would exceed the capacity of medical care centers
• Reform and expansion of the unemployment program would be transitioned into the universal basic income program
• Supply chains would break down, leading to inventory shortages and major economic instability
• Military personnel would be deployed into major metropolitan areas as well as all major roadways to establish travel checkpoints
• The federal government would offer Canadians total debt relief (mortgages, loans, credit cards, etc.) in exchange for forfeiting ownership of all property and assets forever under a World Debt Reset program
• Citizens who take COVID vaccines would be granted unrestricted travel and living arrangements even under a full lockdown through the use of photo identification referred to as Canada’s HealthPass
• Those who refused vaccines and the debt relief package would first live under lockdown restrictions indefinitely, but would gradually be moved to isolation facilities. They will be labeled as public health risks and have all assets seized.
• The plan would be replicated in nations worldwide

These projections paint a very bleak future that should concern all readers. The sequence described above sounds very similar to plans laid out by Klaus Schwab, CEO of the World Economic Forum in his book The Great Reset. To those unaware of this all-encompassing plan, these projections may seem like the deluded fantasies of a psych ward inmate. However, when you understand the schemes of the Global Syndicate as outlined in books such as The Unseen Hand, Behind the Green Mask: UN Agenda 21, and Technocracy: The Hard Road to World Order, the predictions don’t seem far-fetched at all.

Whistleblower Claim #1 – New Round of Lockdowns

 The whistleblower claimed that Canada will soon experience a new round of severe lockdowns. The planned road map is expected to include:

• Secondary lockdown restrictions on a rolling basis, starting with major metropolitan areas first and expanding outward. Expected by November 2020
• Complete and total secondary lockdown (much stricter than the first and second rolling phase restrictions). Expected by end of December 2020 – early January 2021
• Enhanced lockdown restrictions (referred to as Third Lockdown) will be implemented. Full travel restrictions will be imposed (including inter-province and inter-city). Expected Q2 2021.

Evidence of this new wave of restrictions and lockdowns can now be seen in many European countries as the “second wave” spreads across the continent. Will this happen again in other countries like Canada and the U.S. in the near future?

Way back in March, an MIT Technology Review article by Gideon Lichfield titled “We’re Not Going Back to Normal” stated the following regarding lockdowns and disruption of normal life:

To stop coronavirus we will need to radically change almost everything we do: how we work, exercise, socialize, shop, manage our health, educate our kids, take care of family members. We all want things to go back to normal quickly. But what most of us have probably not yet realized—yet will soon—is that things won’t go back to normal after a few weeks, or even a few months. Some things never will. 

This isn’t a temporary disruption. It’s the start of a completely different way of life… Researchers conclude, social distancing and school closures would need to be in force some two-thirds of the time —roughly two months on and one month off— until a vaccine is available, which will take at least 18 months (if it works at all).

It has been seven full months since a pandemic was declared by the World Health Organization. Since then, we’ve constantly been told that it could take 12-18 months before a vaccine arrives. An 18-month schedule would extend the current crisis until September 2021. This date was corroborated in an Esquire magazine article which stated:

In the UK, the more likely reality was laid out in a report by researchers at Imperial College London, which estimated that elements of the new normal – social distancing, self-isolation, rolling lockdowns – could last until September 2021. 

One more source gives us a third witness to this 18-month, “new normal” strategy. Back in April, Neel Kashkari, the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, stated:

We could have these waves of flareups, controls, flareups and controls until we actually get a therapy or a vaccine. I think we should all be focusing on an 18-month strategy for our health care system and our economy.

Given what we’ve witnessed around the globe with the first round of draconian lockdowns earlier this year, it is no stretch to believe that second and third waves of lockdowns could occur in Canada and anywhere else. With the hype of the “twindemic”, influenza and coronavirus infection numbers may be conflated to justify strict lockdown measures as the whistleblower has warned.

Whistleblower Claim #2 – Increase in COVID-19 Cases & Deaths

The whistleblower claimed that coronavirus cases would rise and exceed hospital capacity. The predicted sequence is as follows:

• Daily new cases of COVID-19 will surge beyond capacity of testing, including increases in COVID related deaths following the same growth curves. Expected by end of November 2020.
• Rush the acquisition of (or construction of) isolation facilities across every province and territory. Expected by December 2020.
• Projected COVID-19 mutation and/or co-infection with secondary virus (referred to as COVID-21) leading to a third wave with much higher mortality rate and higher rate of infection. Expected by February 2021.
• Daily new cases of COVID-21 hospitalizations and COVID-19 and COVID-21 related deaths will exceed medical care facilities’ capacity. Expected Q1 – Q2 2021.

We’ve been constantly warned that a second wave of coronavirus infections would occur in the fall and winter months. It certainly looks like these predictions are becoming reality as cases have been on the rise in Canada since September. The US media is reporting a rapid acceleration of coronavirus cases in states like Idaho, North & South Dakota, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and many others. However, authorities and mainstream media never report that this spike is probably due to faulty testing and inaccurate reporting. Instead, they march on with their coordinated fear campaign, ignoring the fact that death rates have continued to plummet since the virus was at its peak earlier this year.

Whistleblower Claim #3 – Global Economic Collapse

The whistleblower predicted there would be a global economic collapse followed by a federal debt relief program. The specific claims are as follows:

• Reform and expansion of the unemployment program to be transitioned into the universal basic income program. Expected by Q1 2021.
• Transitioning of individuals into the universal basic income program. Expected mid Q2 2021.

In addition, the whistleblower stated:

What we were told was that in order to offset what was essentially an economic collapse on an international scale, that the federal government was going to offer Canadians a total debt relief. This is how it works: the federal government will offer to eliminate all personal debts (mortgages, loans, credit cards, etc) which all funding will be provided to Canada by the IMF under what will become known as the World Debt Reset program. In exchange for acceptance of this total debt forgiveness the individual would forfeit ownership of any and all property and assets forever.

These statements contain a bitter pill to swallow if true. Unfortunately, there is plenty of evidence indicating that the world may be heading in this direction. For years, there has been speculation that a global economic collapse would occur as worldwide debt sped towards a tipping point. In a recent speech, International Monetary Fund (IMF) managing director Kristalina Georgieva stated that we face “a new Bretton Woods moment.”

The full weight of Georgieva’s statements seem to indicate the IMF is planning to eliminate debt for the poor. She goes on to say:

…We will have a chance to address some persistent problems — low productivity, slow growth, high inequalities, a looming climate crisis. We can do better than build back the pre-pandemic world – we can build forward to a world that is more resilient, sustainable, and inclusive. 

The Fund is providing debt relief to its poorest members and, with the World Bank, we support extension by the G20 of the Debt Service Suspension Initiative.  

Beyond this, where debt is unsustainable, it should be restructured without delay. We should move towards greater debt transparency and enhanced creditor coordination. I am encouraged by G20 discussions on a Common framework for Sovereign Debt Resolution as well as on our call for improving the architecture for sovereign debt resolution, including private sector participation. 

We are there for our member countries—supporting their policies. 

And policies must be for people —my second imperative. 

To reap the full benefits of sound economic policy, we must invest more in people. That means protecting the vulnerable. It also means boosting human and physical capital to underpin growth and resilience.

The debt relief may start with people in the poorest nations, but who is to say it may not eventually reach the poor and needy in all nations to remedy the economic devastation from lockdowns and poor fiscal policies? Eric Levitz of New York Magazine made the case for debt forgiveness in the US, stating:

In the United States, households and corporations were already shouldering onerous debt loads before a pandemic forced the economy into bed rest. Now, every month, families and small businesses are losing income and accruing rent or mortgage obligations. And some economists say that the ancient remedy for their plight is still the best we’ve got: If we want a strong recovery after the coronavirus is contained, we will need mass debt forgiveness.

This sounds wonderful, right? But always “beware of Greeks bringing gifts.” With an infusion of funds (probably in the form of loans) from the IMF and World Bank, countries could get the financial boost needed to implement Universal Basic Income for their citizens. If this happens, it could end up being the ultimate bait and switch as global banking institutions could then claim rights to individual citizens’ property and assets as a condition for accepting their bailout.

Rosa Koire, author of Behind the Green Mask: UN Agenda 21, has been warning that middle class income, private property, and personal mobility are in the crosshairs of global entities wanting to reshape the world under Agenda 21. Here are a few of her statements that undergird this bad dream that’s quickly becoming reality:

The less of us who own small businesses and private property, the less of us there are to care or notice when un-just decisions are made. So a crashed economy where we lose our homes and businesses supports UN Agenda.

Familiarize yourself with Communitarianism. It’s the political philosophy behind all of this. It states that the individual’s rights are a threat to the global community. Everyone is an individual, so we are all a threat to the global community. 

Our rights to property ownership, to personal mobility and life choices, to feed and clothe ourselves, are a danger to the global community. So we must be rationed. We must be controlled. We must be watched. We must be regulated, restricted, and balanced. Our individual rights must be balanced against those unnamed rights granted to the world community by the United Nations, as codified by Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.

We will find out soon enough if these premonitions come true.

Whistleblower Claim #4 – Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccinations or Permanent Lockdowns

The final claim I’ll examine is the whistleblower’s statements about the coronavirus vaccine and the consequences for not taking it. Regarding those who refused debt forgiveness and vaccines, the whistleblower was told that:

The individual would also have to agree to partake in the COVID-19 and COVID-21 vaccination schedule, which would provide the individual with unrestricted travel and unrestricted living even under a full lockdown (through the use of photo identification referred to as Canada’s HealthPass).

…those who refused would first live under the lockdown restrictions indefinitely. And that over a short period of time as more Canadians transitioned into the debt forgiveness program, the ones who refused to participate would be deemed a public safety risk and would be relocated into isolation facilities. Once in those facilities they would be given two options: participate in the debt forgiveness program and be released, or stay indefinitely in the isolation facility under the classification of a serious public health risk and have all their assets seized.

There is no doubt that digital travel certificates that trace your vaccine history have been in the works since the pandemic began. United Airlines is currently testing a digital health pass on flights from the UK to the US. Australia is planning to digitize its passenger flight cards when international travel resumes. The country’s “Digital Passenger Declaration” would allow digital uploading of certified COVID-19 vaccination certificates once they are available.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has already introduced legislation to enable the government to build “Federal Quarantine/Isolation sites”across the country’s landscape. The facilities might also be used for “other requirements” over the next 1 to 2 years given the COVID 19 pandemic.

A quick search will reveal that these facilities exist all over the world. Will they one day be filled with those who refused to take a future coronavirus vaccine and/or accept the IMF debt relief package? Does this not remind you of the Nazi death camps filled with those who were to be exterminated from society? This outcome is unacceptable! The only way they can get away with these atrocities is through the obedience and compliance of the citizenry. We must provide resistance and disobedience at every turn. The time is now, or we will all end up regretting our silence. Let us not repeat the past mistakes of silent complicity as German Pastor Martin Niemöller so eloquently conveyed in a 1940’s speech:

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—
because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—
because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—
and there was no one left to speak for me.

Globalists are openly revealing their plans for a total reset of society, promising it will be more “equitable” and “inclusive.” In reality, they are causing death, destruction, and suffering on a scale not seen since World War II. Their end goal is to create a new world order where they swoop in like saviors to rescue humanity from its ills. It is this “Order Out of Chaos” mode of operation that clearly identifies their handiwork. Their plan is purposefully deceptive and is inspired by satanic forces pretending to be angels of light.

Here’s a brief reminder of all the Global Syndicate is planning:

• Destroying the global economy and implementing a new economic system known as The Great Reset
• Eliminating the middle class & forcing people to be more dependent on government for well-being
• Outlawing cash and implementing digital currencies
• Enacting medical martial law by forcing mandatory vaccines, digital IDs, and travel certificates
• Increasing surveillance through contact tracing and mobile apps
• Implementing a social credit system
• Curtailing freedom of speech through increased censorship and cancel culture
• Destroying nation states (especially America) to prepare the way for a new global governance structure
• Enacting and enforcing laws restricting international travel, domestic travel, and freedom of assembly

The good news is that there is an awakening taking place. The Global Syndicate’s schemes are being exposed like never before. People are becoming more emboldened to speak out and resist the tyranny being thrust upon us. Lawsuits are being won in the courts, protests are taking place in the streets, and more people are hesitant or unwilling to take the vaccines that the Big Pharma death cult is producing.

Despite this optimism, please pay close attention to the whistleblower’s warnings. It wouldn’t hurt to stock up on necessities as there may be inventory shortages in the very near future. It is much better to be prepared for something that doesn’t happen than to be unprepared for something that does happen!
